Adam Woldman

Chef Adam Woldman’s career as a Culinary professional has spanned over 40 years. As a young boy growing up in California, Adam knew exactly what his path would be – making people happy through his food creations. His specialties include a variety of cuisines such as Cajun Creole, BBQ, Handmade Sushi and American Bistro Cuisine. In addition, Chef Adam is a consummate baker. His love of baking has been a proud passion for many years and whenever he’s given the opportunity, he loves to create delicious and unique baked goods.

After graduating from Culinary School and working for one of the most exclusive caterers in Los Angeles, Adam decided to pursue his passion for creating unique and memorable “event” cuisine. His attention to detail, and love of events called him to New York City and in 1994, Adam opened his own Catering & Event company which catered to Fortune 500 firms throughout the Big Apple. After a successful run, Chef Adam was again called away from home by an unrefusable offer to become part of a new concept in Sarasota, which carved out a niche for him as the Executive Chef to the exclusive congregants at Temple Sinai in Sarasota, Florida. Adam’s Jewish heritage, and his cooking with his mother and grandmother, enabled him to re-create the authentic Jewish food that he grew up on.

Having lived in Southwest Florida for almost 4 years, and never finding a “good Jewish Deli,” Chef Adam decided it was time to give the people of Sarasota, and Manatee counties, the authentic, Jewish food they deserve.

Everything from his Chopped Liver, to his Matzoh Ball soup is exquisite. His Sandwiches made of Pastrami, Corned Beef and Turkey piled high – just like in New York City!

His Noodle Kugel is a taste to delight in and his Latkas are straight out of Mott Street.

Chef Adam is excited to open his doors to the Jewish community of Southwest, Florida. Oh – and to the non-Jews here…..YOU’RE WELCOME TOO!
